About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team.

As a Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs, provide knowledgeable product recommendations, demonstrate products, and help them make confident purchasing decisions.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers, learning about products, and creating an exceptional shopping experience.

You will be part of a team that works together to achieve sales goals while maintaining a welcoming and well-organized store.

What You’ll Do

- Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable, personalized assistance.
- Ask questions to understand each customer's needs and recommend products that are the right fit for their family.
- Develop solid knowledge of our product assortment, including baby gear,



furniture, nursery products, and everyday essentials.
- Provide product demonstrations and explain product features, benefits, and proper use.
- Help customers build complete solutions by recommending relevant complementary and add-on products.
- Create an exceptional customer experience from the initial greeting through to the completion of the sale.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system.
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays.
- Assist with receiving, restocking, inventory management, and product placement.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and store goals.
- Stay informed about new products, brands, and trends in the baby industry.
- Listen to customers and communicate product questions, feedback, and opportunities to management.
- Assist with other day-to-day store responsibilities as required.

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of retail sales experience required.
- 3+ years of customer service experience required.
- Previous experience with baby, children's, furniture, or specialty retail is an asset.
- A genuine interest in baby products and helping families.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, confident,



and approachable personality.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable learning and explaining detailed product information.
- Sales-focused with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend the complete solution.
- Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
- Comfortable working in a busy, rapid-paced retail environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
