Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Retail Sales Supervisor to lead our store team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Duties

- Supervise daily retail operations, including cash handling, cashiering, and customer service interactions
- Lead recruiting efforts by interviewing candidates and onboarding current team members
- Manage sales management strategies to meet or exceed sales targets through effective team supervision
- Oversee merchandising, pricing, and purchasing activities to optimize product presentation and inventory levels
- Conduct training and development sessions to enhance team skills in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement
- Coordinate payroll processing, budgeting, and bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial records
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, inventory tracking, and reporting purposes
- Implement marketing initiatives to promote store products and increase foot traffic
- Maintain excellent communication with team members through phone etiquette,



organizational skills, and transparent directives
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding store management, safety procedures, and cash handling

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in retail sales or store management roles
- Strong background in retail sales management, including team leadership and sales strategy development
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases
- Experience with merchandising, pricing strategies, purchasing decisions, and inventory control
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and bookkeeping practices
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, marketing, training & development, and administrative tasks
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment
- Strong organizational skills with proficiency in time management and multitasking in fast-paced settings
- Previous experience in recruiting, interviewing candidates, payroll administration, and budgeting is preferred
