- Assess and respond to patient care needs comprehensively
- Develop tailored care plans with team involvement
- Document nursing actions and educate patients and families
- Ensure protected and clean environments for patients
- Participate in staff orientation and training activities
Requirements:
- Completed practical nursing program or equivalent education
- Current registration as an LPN with BCCNM
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of full scope nursing practice
- Physical capability to perform job duties
