Alberta Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Silver Willow Supportive Living team in Nanton as a Case Manager. You will coordinate placement, assess ongoing referral needs, and develop care plans for complex and annual needs.
This role requires CRNA registration or eligibility and current BCLS-HCP certification, with a minimum five years of nursing and case management experience. It is a 0.80 FTE, dayshift position in a unionized setting.
