Mac-Weld Machining Ltd. is seeking an Experienced Robotic Weld Technician to take on the task of sharing our vision locally and globally. Program and operate Motoman robotic welding systems Monitor and maintain weld quality standards with support as needed Inspect welds, components, and assemblies for structural integrity and surface defects Perform preventative maintenance on all robotic and manual welding equipment Manage inventory for all welding consumables Oversee personnel within the welding cell, ensuring safety compliance, effective training,



and productive production Monitor welding equipment for proper operation and temperature control Ensure compliance with Mac-Weld’s Quality Management System Hands-on experience with robotic weld programming; 2–5 years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment ~ Background in manufacturing operations, with technical or college training preferred ~ Strong understanding of welding processes and techniques ~ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Full-time position in a manufacturing environment Overtime may be required based on production demands Lifting heavy material up to 50 lbs. Wearing required Personal Protective Equipment.

This is a full-time straight days position with the possibility of day/evening rotation shift in our Sarnia facility reporting to Production Manager.
