Job Title: Robotic Welder

Location: Newmarket, ON

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate: $25– $30/hour (based on experience)

Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Robotic Welder to join our team in Newmarket. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and maintaining robotic welding systems, ensuring high-quality production and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor robotic welding machines

- Perform basic programming, setup, and adjustments of welding robots

- Inspect welds to ensure quality and adherence to specifications

- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment

- Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies





- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Primary Skills

- Experience with robotic welding systems (e.g., Fanuc, ABB, or similar)

- MIG welding knowledge

- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

- Strong attention to detail and quality control

Secondary Skills

- Manual welding experience (MIG/TIG)

- Basic programming knowledge for welding robots

- Experience in manufacturing or fabrication setting

- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Requirements

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in robotic welding

- Welding certification is an asset

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

- Strong work ethic and reliability
