Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests. Previous hotel or custodial experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in hospitality and industrial cleaning within a professional setting.

Duties

- Clean and disinfect guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing supplies
- Ensure all public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms are tidy and well-maintained
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure high standards of hygiene
- Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens as needed
- Maintain a skilled appearance and courteous attitude when interacting with guests and team members
- Adhere to hotel policies regarding sanitation, security,



and confidentiality

Skills

- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality is advantageous
- Robust attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and moving supplies
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques is a plus but not mandatory
- Prior hotel experience or familiarity with hospitality standards is desirable
