- Leadsandconductsbusinessanalysisatvaryinglevelsofdetail,appropriatetotheprojectandphasesofproject,aligningwithOPSUnifiedProjectManagementMethodology,EnterpriseArchitectureandGatingProcess,andOPSStandardSystemsDevelopmentMethodologies.

- Developsstrategies,preparesbusinesscasesandcost-benefitanalysis,andconductsfeasibilitystudiesforbusinessI&ITinitiatives.;

- Conductsbusinessmodeling;usecasemodeling;conceptualandlogicaldatamodeling;processanddataflowmodeling;usecasesurveys;businessrulesdefinitionandnon-functionalrequirementsdefinitionforassignedprojects.

- Monitorsprogress,resolvesproblemsandreportsregularlytoI&ITmanagementandclients;’decisionmakers.

- Developsperformancemeasuresforbusinessanalysisevaluationandconductsfollow-up.
