Key Responsibilities
- Implement safety initiatives like “Quest for Zero” • Conduct hazard identifications and support safety audits • Prepare monthly safety performance reports with key metrics • Ensure compliance with regulatory authority visits • Maintain emergency evacuation plans and response protocols Requirements:
- Community College diploma or related field minimum • 5–10 years in Health & Safety or related roles • Preferred Bachelor’s degree and/or professional designation • Strong communication and leadership skills • Proficient in conflict resolution and problem-solving Actively contribute to Rain Carbon's mission of operational safety through your health and safety engineering expertise.
