Duties

- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and receipts
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with the latest products
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers while maintaining organizational standards
- Follow phone etiquette protocols when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience or familiarity with technology sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Experience conducting product demos and explaining technical features clearly and confidently
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, organize merchandise, and manage time effectively in a busy environment
- Customer service experience that highlights active listening, problem-solving, and positive interaction skills
- Technical sales experience or knowledge of merchandising strategies will be advantageous
