Role Description This is a full-time, remote Sales Broker (Commission Only) role focused on selling insurance products and services to clients across Ontario. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and generating leads, conducting needs assessments, and presenting suitable insurance solutions for home, auto, business, and specialty lines.

The Sales

Broker will manage the full sales cycle, including quoting, negotiating, closing policies, and maintaining ongoing client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with brokerage team members, staying current on insurance products and market trends,



and following regulatory and compliance guidelines. Success in this position is driven by proactive outreach, strong customer service, and consistent achievement of sales targets.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and provide responsive support to diverse clients.
- Brokerage and Insurance-related experience, including familiarity with commercial and personal lines products and policy processes.
- Proven Sales and Business Development skills, with a track record of generating leads, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Experience with Training or mentoring, and/or Real Estate or other commission-based roles that demonstrate comfort with performance-driven work.
- Relevant insurance licenses or willingness and eligibility to obtain required provincial broker licensing.
- Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up abilities in a remote environment.
- Comfort using digital tools and CRM systems for client management, documentation, and virtual communication.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical sales practices.
