Follow up on new leads and referrals generated through field activity, marketing initiatives, and customer inquiries. Provide clients with test drives and comprehensive vehicle walk‑throughs, demonstrating features, technology, and vehicle benefits.

Identify, address, and resolve client concerns to ensure a positive buying experience and build long‑term relationships.

Delivery & Quality Assurance Inspect vehicles prior to delivery to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and readiness for customer handover. Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the sales process,
