Inc. is looking for a customer-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in Langley, British Columbia . As the Sales Coordinator you will work closely with Sales Representatives and managers throughout the sales process, ensuring customers receive exceptional service. As the Sales Coordinator your key responsibilities will include: Providing support to the Sales team Ensuring smooth order processing and customer satisfaction Communicating with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve customer inquiries, backorder issues, and shipping concerns Maintaining accurate customer records and CRM data Assisting with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks, including credit/rebill processes and invoice settlements Supporting the team with daily sales tracking, order status updates,
