Sales Development Representative (Commission-Based)

Wirevox AI is looking for motivated, driven Sales Development Representatives to help us bring AI-powered voice agents and automation solutions to businesses.

What you'll do

- Prospect and identify businesses that could benefit from AI voice agents and automation.
- Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Qualify leads and identify their business needs and pain points.
- Book qualified meetings and product demos for the Wirevox AI team.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects throughout the sales process.
- Communicate the value of AI automation and demonstrate how Wirevox AI can help businesses reduce costs, improve efficiency, and automate customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate prospect and outreach records.

What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable with cold outreach.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Results-oriented with a robust desire to earn.
- Previous sales, business development, or cold-calling experience is an asset, but not required.
- Interest in AI, automation, SaaS, or technology is a plus.





Compensation & Growth This position begins as commission-only / performance-based , with earnings directly tied to successful sales.

We're looking for people who want to grow with Wirevox AI from an early stage. After the initial 3-month period, or once an agreed-upon lead-generation target is reached, we intend to transition successful SDRs toward a compensation structure that includes a base salary plus commission.

For individuals who make a significant contribution during the early stages of Wirevox AI, there may also be an opportunity for equity participation , subject to performance, contribution, and mutual agreement.
