Collaborate with your assigned Account Managers to grow revenue through consultative selling with clients and prospects, presenting a warm, professional, well-spoken and caring persona as an effective representative of SOTI Conduct onsite and remote demonstrations of SOTI products Demonstrate value by connecting the prospect’s technical challenge with measurable business outcomes Provide pre-sales technical support to prospective customers Analyze SOTI’s market segment and generate recommendations for product roadmaps Investigate issues reported by customers, and communicate with internal product development teams to resolve product issues Provide email and telephone based pre and post sales, technical support for our software products Support tradeshows, both local and international Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics in a way all can understand and follow. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Business Administration or other related fields.

Experience with deployment of large scale enterprise Saas solutions.



Minimum of 5 years of work experience related to mobile device management solutions and enterprise mobility (Android, iOS, Linux, Windows), BYOD, SaaS. Minimum of 2 years prior experience working in a Pre-Sales / Sales Engineering role.

Valid passport for travel to the U.S. or other international destinations. Solid knowledge of computer networking principles (DNS, IP networking, Firewalls, Load Balancing, Wireless Encryption, etc.) Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity Application Management (IAM), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), Identity providers (IdP).

Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure systems, Entra, certificate authorities and identity management systems. Understanding and experience with databases (i.e. MS SQL server). Understanding of REST APIs and coding (i.e. JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Powershell, etc.). Work autonomously with minimum supervision. Fluent in French Project Management experience.

Experience with CRM, reporting, and ticketing systems such as Salesforce, JIRA and PowerBI.

Cisco Certified Network

Associate (CCNA) certification or equivalent.

Microsoft Certified Technology
