As the Floor Manager you will lead and support with client service, sales, overall productivity, visual merchandising, and people management functions of your store. You will support adherence to store and district goals, operational excellence, alignment with company concepts and culture to drive maximum profitability and compliance with company goals and priorities. Meet minimum sales requirements based on store volume Provide exceptional client experience by executing OAK+FORT Sales Culture Ensure store team processes cash desk operations with engagement, efficiency, Respond and appropriately resolve customer complaints and service opportunities Support training and development of high performing staff to maximize productivity Provide timely feedback and active informal training to staff Ensure staff are adhering to OAK+FORT Sales Culture and service expectations Store Functionality Participate in execution of floor management Maintain proper presentation of merchandise in accordance to corporate directivesOversee and participate in stock room set-up and organization Influence and support others through building presence Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Manage time and priorities effectively Build constructive and effective relationships with the store team Retail leadership and/or key holder experience Experience in customer services, sales and clientelling Bonus + commission program Health and dental benefits (for eligible full-time positions only) Paid vacation time off (for eligible full-time positions only) Access to training and development programs Entrepreneurship is the mindset that leads to endless curiosity and continuous improvement.
