SwipePicks is a free-to-use sports betting companion app designed to make sports betting smarter, more social, and more accessible for the next generation of fans. Using a swipe-based experience, SwipePicks helps users analyze games, share opinions, and learn how sports betting works in a fun, low-risk workplace.
The Opportunity
This is your chance to help build a sports-tech startup from the ground up. You will be on the front lines of a fast-growing startup, responsible for launching SwipePicks within your campus or local community. You’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, growth, and community management while building a massive professional network.

Your Responsibilities
· Drive Growth: Increase SwipePicks app downloads and active users through word-of-mouth, social media, and strategic outreach.
· Host Activations: Plan and execute engaging events, from sports-viewing parties at local bars to campus "pop-ups."
· Educate & Advocate: Teach your peers how to use the SwipePicks platform to make informed, responsible picks without financial risk.
· Content Creation: Leverage your personal brand and social channels to create buzz and showcase the SwipePicks experience.
· User Feedback: Act as the "eyes and ears" on the ground, collecting user insights to help our product team build a better app.
Compensation, Perks & Time Commitment
- Competitive Pay: Commission-based earnings (Average Sales & Growth Intern earns equivalent of $25+/hour)
