Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sales & Marketing Representative to grow our customer base and promote our rotational molding capabilities. This role combines technical sales with strategic marketing to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current business opportunities in rotomolded products
- Promote custom molding solutions to industrial and commercial clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and distributors
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and product presentations
- Work closely with production and design teams on custom projects
- Develop and execute marketing strategies (digital campaigns, trade shows,



product launches)
- Conduct market research on industry trends and competitors
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows

Qualifications

- Experience in sales, preferably in manufacturing, plastics, or industrial products
- Knowledge of rotational molding processes (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools
