HVAC Comfort Advisor / Sales Representative – 100% Commission

We are looking for a motivated, experienced HVAC Sales Representative / Comfort Advisor who knows how to connect with homeowners, identify their needs, present solutions, ask for the sale and close.

This is a part-time, 100% commission-based position with flexibility to work from home when you are not attending customer appointments. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, self-motivated and wants their income to be directly tied to their performance.

Responsibilities

- Attend scheduled in-home HVAC sales appointments
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate heating, cooling and indoor-air-quality solutions
- Prepare and present professional quotes
- Explain equipment options, warranties, financing and available upgrades
- Ask for the business and close the sale
- Follow up consistently on unsold estimates
- Maintain accurate customer notes and sales activity
- Communicate effectively with our office and installation team




- Ensure customers receive an excellent experience from the initial appointment through the sale
- Generate additional opportunities through referrals and follow-up where appropriate

Position Details

- Part time
- 100% commission-based compensation
- Versatile schedule based around customer appointments
- Work from home for administrative work and customer follow-up
- In-home customer appointments throughout our service area
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle
- Must have a valid driver’s licence
- Must be comfortable travelling to customer appointments

Experience HVAC sales experience is strongly preferred. Experience selling other home services, home improvement, construction, windows and doors, roofing, plumbing or other high-ticket residential products may also be considered.

We are looking for someone who understands that successful sales isn’t simply giving a customer a quote. It means following up, overcoming objections, asking good questions, building trust and asking for the sale.

Compensation

100% commission – your earning potential is based on your sales performance.

This position is best suited for someone who wants the flexibility of a part-time role but has the drive and sales ability to produce strong results.
