Every day, this sales job requires creating recent contacts, then prequalifying serious appointments. At each stage of the sales process, you must be able to demonstrate and promote the services of the staffing agency with professionalism.

We want someone who is familiar with proposing and closing commercial contracts. Present, promote and sell our services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Perform staffing proposals and analyze existing/potential customers to meet their needs.

Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Achieve agreed‑upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.



Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments. Analyze the territory/markets potential, and track sales and status reports.

Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new clients and services. Proven work experience as a Sales Representative (min. Good knowledge of MS Office.

Highly motivated and driven with a proven track record in sales. Class 5 with a clean driving record Passion for sales.
