Our team is growing! We are seeking a dedicated Sales and Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to learn and a passion for customer service. As a Service Technician, you will learn how to diagnose, repair, maintain various mobility equipment as well as sales.

Duties

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues
- Utilize tools effectively for various repair tasks.
- Communicate with customers regarding repair needs, timelines, and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service requests.
- Adhere to safety protocols while performing all tasks.
- Provide information and support for new sales

Qualifications





- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
- Willingness to learn
- Punctual
- Mechanical skills are a plus but not mandatory.
- A valid driver’s license is required
- Vulnerable Sector check is required

Pay: $38,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
