We are seeking a energetic and technically proficient Sales Specialist to drive growth in our Digital Industries segment, with a focus on Motion Control .
This role involves identifying customer needs, proposing tailored automation solutions, and building long-term relationships across various industrial sectors including manufacturing, automotive, and electronics. Develop and execute sales strategies to promote motion control and industrial automation products and solutions. Identify and engage prospective clients across Ontario, understanding their technical and business needs.
Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to design customized automation solutions. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline forecasts. Provide post-sales support and coordinate with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field. ~3+ years of experience in industrial automation or motion control sales. ~ Strong understanding of PLCs, mechatronics, robotics, and control systems. ~ Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite; SAP experience is an asset. ~ Ability to travel across Ontario as needed. Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and digital transformation initiatives. [Hourly rate is commensurate with experience, and ranges between $ 38.00 CAD - $ 48.00 CAD.
