Position: Salesforce QA Engineer

Location: Toronto, ON

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

Key Responsibilities

- Test Salesforce applications and business processes
- Create and execute test cases, test plans, and regression tests
- Validate Salesforce configurations, Flows, Lightning Components, and Apex functionality
- Perform functional, integration, UI, and system testing
- Track defects using JIRA and work closely with developers and business teams
- Support UAT and validate data using SOQL queries
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities

Required Skills

- 3+ years of QA/Software Testing experience
- 2+ years of Salesforce testing experience
- Robust knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience testing Salesforce Flows, Lightning Components, and Apex Triggers
- Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar test management tools
- Ability to write SOQL queries for data validation
- Experience with end-to-end Salesforce testing

Nice to Have

- Experience with nCino
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience
- Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, App Builder, Associate)

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
