As a Sales Associate, you are responsible for supporting and collaborating with the Community Sales Manager throughout the entire customer journey, qualifying leads, conducting discovery meetings, delivering technology-enhanced presentations, and maintaining strong CRM performance in Salesforce. This role helps create a polished, professional, and customer-focused sales workplace for Cardel's Metro One condo development.

Use technology and digital tools to demonstrate project details and tailor presentations to individual customer needs. Support the Senior Sales Associate with sales documents, administrative tasks, and customer communication. Maintain a clean, professional, and brand-consistent sales center and model home environment.

Stay informed on market trends, customer demographics, and competitor offerings.

Experience in sales and customer service is an asset Experience in multi-family or condo sales is an asset Proficiency with Microsoft 365, CRM Databases, calendar applications, SalesForce, Sale Simplicity This is a full-time position with a 5-day work week scheduled to accommodate sales center hours. In addition, you may be required to attend training or other work commitments outside of the sales center hours.
