Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Surrey, BC. The Salesperson will engage with walk-in and call-in clients to understand their travel needs, recommend suitable options, and close sales for flights, accommodations, tours, and packages. Day-to-day tasks include preparing quotes, processing bookings, handling changes or cancellations, and maintaining accurate client records in company systems.

The role involves answering customer inquiries, following up on leads, and meeting sales targets while ensuring a positive and professional client experience.



The Salesperson will collaborate with colleagues to share product knowledge, stay updated on travel trends and promotions, and support general office operations as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and communicate clearly with diverse clients.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience meeting targets, handling objections, and closing deals.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail when preparing quotes and booking travel arrangements.
- Comfort with computers and travel booking or CRM systems, and the ability to quickly learn new software tools.
- Knowledge of travel products, destinations, and industry practices; prior experience in travel or hospitality is an asset.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are considered an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Surrey, BC, in a fast-paced workplace, both independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, tourism, or a related field is beneficial.
