Sansar Solutions is a growing accounting and tax firm helping business owners across Canada with bookkeeping, corporate and personal tax filings, catch-up accounting, CRA issues, payroll, and ongoing financial support.

We are looking for a confident, motivated Sales Representative who is comfortable speaking with business owners, understanding their problems, and helping them find the right solution with our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Speak with new leads who are interested in Sansar Solutions' accounting and tax services
- Conduct discovery calls to understand the client's business, current accounting situation, and immediate concerns
- Ask the right questions about bookkeeping, tax filings, CRA balances, payroll, overdue filings, and previous accountants
- Explain our services clearly without overwhelming the client with accounting terminology
- Recommend the appropriate service or package based on the client's situation
- Present proposals and follow up with potential clients
- Build trust with business owners and guide them through the decision-making process
- Follow up consistently with leads through phone, email, and text
- Keep leads, notes, follow-ups, and opportunities organized in our CRM
- Work closely with management, onboarding, and accounting teams after a client signs
- Meet individual sales and revenue targets
- Maintain professional communication and represent Sansar Solutions properly on every call

- Confident speaking with business owners, entrepreneurs, and executives
- Strong follow-up skills
- Ability to listen carefully and identify a client's real problem
- Organized and comfortable using CRM systems
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Professional, personable, and trustworthy




- Comfortable learning basic Canadian accounting, tax, and CRA processes
- Previous sales experience is preferred

Experience selling accounting, tax, financial, qualified, Sansar Solutions, or other high-ticket services is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.

What You’ll Learn

You will receive training on common situations our clients face, including:

- Corporate and personal tax filings
- Catch-up bookkeeping and accounting
- GST/HST and payroll
- CRA balances and outstanding filings
- CRA letters and requests
- Years of unfiled taxes
- Business owners changing accountants
- Clients dealing with poor communication from their previous accountant

You do not need to be an accountant. Your responsibility is to understand the client's situation well enough to identify their needs, explain how Sansar can help, and move the opportunity forward.

Compensation

Compensation can include commission-based earnings with strong earning potential, depending on experience and performance.

Additional compensation structures may be available for high-performing sales representatives and representatives who bring in their own clients.

We can provide a guaranteed salary $2,500 CAD for the first few months.
