Vroom Motors Saskatoon is looking for an energetic, full-time Salesperson to join our dealership team. In this role, you will greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the process of finding the right vehicle. Your enthusiasm and strong communication skills will help build lasting customer relationships and drive dealership sales.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation

Present vehicle features, benefits, and pricing clearly, emphasizing value to encourage purchase decisions

Guide customers through test drives, financing options, and the sales process from start to finish

Follow up with leads and customers via phone, email, and in person with professionalism

Collaborate with the sales and finance team to achieve monthly sales targets

Keep the sales floor and vehicle lot organized and presentable

Stay up to date on new vehicle models,



features, and industry trends through ongoing training

Qualifications

Previous experience in sales, ideally in automotive or dealership sales, is preferred but not required

Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close sales confidently

Friendly, customer-focused attitude with a professional appearance

Valid driver's license required

Ability to work flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends

Pay: $3,500.00-$7,500.00 per month
