Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and productive helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality sandwiches and food items, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in food preparation, food safety, and customer interaction within a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Now Hiring: Front Counter & Kitchen Team Member (30–40 hrs/week)

Location: Al Paninos

Hours: Flexible scheduling available

We are looking for a reliable, well-mannered, and hardworking individual to join our team. This position requires someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys interacting with customers, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment.

What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have the following strengths and qualities:

- Clean, well-presented, and professional at all times
- Punctual and dependable
- Strong customer service and communication skills




- Able to take orders and operate our POS system
- Comfortable working at the front counter preparing sandwiches
- Able to assist with food preparation
- Competent using a flat-top grill and deep fryer
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

Work Schedule

- We are currently open:
- Sunday: 12pm–6pm
- Monday: 11am–4pm
- Tuesday: 11am–6pm
- Wednesday: 11am–6pm
- Thursday: 11am–8pm
- Friday & Saturday: 11am–10pm
- We are hiring for 30–40 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling is available
- Optional: Early morning shift (starting at 6am) for candidates who are competent in bread making, prep work, and full store setup before opening

Experience

- experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred but not necessary.
