Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant with 8+ years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM). The candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end manufacturing processes, SAP configuration, business process mapping, integration with other SAP modules, and support for SAP implementation/rollout projects.

Requirement / Skill

- 8+ years of SAP PP/QM experience

- Must to have SAP Production Planning (PP) configuration and support

- Must to have SAP Quality Management (QM) configuration and support

- Must to have End-to-end manufacturing and production process knowledge

- Must to have Production Planning, MRP, BOM, Routing, Work Centers

- Must to have Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Notifications

- Must to have Integration with SAP MM, SD, WM/EWM modules

- Must to have SAP S/4HANA PP/QM experience

- Must to have Business requirement gathering and process mapping

- Must to have Functional specifications preparation

- Must to have Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT support





- Must to have SAP implementation, rollout, and support projects

- Must to have Incident management and production support

- Must to have Robust stakeholder management and communication skills

- Must to have Knowledge of SAP Best Practices in Manufacturing

- Must to have Batch Management and Serial Number Management

- Nice to have PP-PI (Production Planning for Process Industries) experience

- Nice to have SAP EWM integration exposure

- Nice to have SAP MES integration experience

- Nice to have ABAP debugging knowledge for functional consultants

- Nice to have SAP Fiori Apps exposure

- Nice to have SAP Analytics/Reporting tools knowledge

- Nice to have Certification in SAP PP and/or SAP QM

- Nice to have Experience in global template or multi-country rollout projects

- Nice to have Agile/Scrum project experience

- Nice to have Leadership or team mentoring experience
