Bayshore is currently seeking applicants interested in being considered for future School Nurse team member positions.

Location: Schools and community in the Greater Hamilton Area. Travel to schools and community is required.

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 4-8 hour shifts As a School Nurse, you’ll play a hands‑on role delivering personalized high‑quality care to your clients in their community. As a primary care planner to your clients, you have the autonomy and flexibility to provide a holistic approach to care while increasing your skills through our comprehensive training, mentorship and preceptorship programs. You are the nursing care expert for your community.

With our efficient work schedules, you will be focused more on care time and less travel time.

Continuous training to strengthen and advance your skills Adherence to strict health and safety protocols to ensure the well‑being of both staff and clients Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Current registration in good standing with the provincial regulatory body (CNO) CNA, LEAP, deSouza) are assets 1–2 years of recent relevant nursing experience, preferably in a community setting ~ Experience with palliative, pediatrics, diabetes management, g/j tube, trach/vent care is an asset Willingness to travel within the Hamilton/Burlington area in all weather conditions Bayshore is committed to a high quality and protected environment for both our staff and clients/patients.
