We are looking for applicants with the following experience:
- Knowledge of plastisol inks and their properties
- Knowledge of print locations on various garments and the ability to properly align prints
- Able to set up and print multi-colour designs on a manual press (bonus points for automatic press)
- Must be able to read and understand written safety instructions and communicate effectively with team members and management in English
The applicant must have a quality-first attitude and be able to identify on-press issues that would lead to imperfect prints. This role requires standing for extended periods and lifting boxes up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
Other duties related to operating a screen printing business may be required from time to time.
This is a full-time, permanent position and pays $21/hour to start for the printer who meets the minimum requirements.
For more experienced printers, wages are negotiable. Work ethic/efficiency $+
Hours of work : 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday to Friday (some overtime also in busy seasons)
