- Assist in managing lodge daily operations and tasks
- Direct supervision and mentorship of staff members
- Communicate effectively with management and guests
- Handle inventory and scheduling duties
- Ensure adherence to safety policies and practices Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or relevant work experience in hospitality
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership role
- Certifications in Food Safe and First Aid
