You will operate snow removal machinery, assist with vegetation maintenance, and collaborate closely with a skilled team. Emphasizing safety in all operations is critical as you handle various tasks across a range of shifts, including nights and weekends. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain clear drainage systems and perform roadside maintenance
- Operate sanding equipment for safe snow removal
- Complete pre-trip inspections of plow trucks




- Change and maintain snowplow blades regularly
- Support equipment service and maintenance as required

Requirements:

- Clean Class 3 Canadian driver's license with Air Brake endorsement
- Background in heavy equipment operation and snowplowing
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Robust communication skills within the team environment
- Occupational First Aid Level 1 (asset)
