EagleForce Security is hiring licensed and professional Security Guards to provide on-site protection at a retail center in Etobicoke. This role is ideal for security professionals who are vigilant, customer-focused, and committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for staff, tenants, and visitors. Guards will be responsible for following EagleForce Security protocols and site-specific procedures to maintain a safe environment

Responsibilities

- Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols throughout the retail premises
- Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activity
- Provide a visible security presence while delivering excellent customer service to staff and visitors
- Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and emergencies in a calm and professional manner
- Write explicit and accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation
- Assist with loss prevention and support retail tenants when security concerns arise




- Ensure compliance with the Private Security and Investigative Services Act (PSISA) and all company procedures
- Liaise with law enforcement, emergency responders, and EagleForce Security management when required

Qualifications

- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence (must be in good standing)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in security (retail security experience preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong observational and communication skills with a professional presence
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively in stressful or emergency situations
- Knowledge of PSISA regulations and Ontario security standards
- Availability to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification (required prior to start date)
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to upholding EagleForce Security’s standards

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $18.00-$19.50 per hour
