The Assistant Store

Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales goals. Acts as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager’s absence. Assisting the Store Manager with operations and staff management.

Helping with merchandising, stocking, and unpacking daily shipments. Providing exceptional customer service and resolving escalated issues. Training, coaching, and developing employees. Performing cash management, store opening and closing duties as needed.

Assigning tasks to the team and ensuring store safety and cleanliness. Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback. Ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.



Responsible for hiring and performance management.

Minimum of two (2) years of retail experience. At least two (2) years in a supervisory or management role. Open availability (day, evening, weekend). Company matched pension plan*. Tailor‑made training and integration program.

Applicable to full‑time employees only. Full‑time status is achieved after 25 hours/week for sixteen consecutive weeks (with one week grace period below 25 hours). Mid‑Senior level. Full‑time. Sales and Business Development, Industries: Retail.
