and onboarding of new team members Serve as the primary point of contact in the Store Manager's absence, ensuringthatall tasks are carried out and in line with company standards Support with store opening and setup A strong track record with 3 years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store management position Passionate about the Asian beauty industry, dedicated to continuous learning,sharingexpertise, and staying up to date with the latest products and trends to lead staff and enhance the customer experience Skilled in effective communication and building strong interpersonal relationships Demonstrated strong leadership and store operation capabilities Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment The Company utilizes AI-assisted technology in the initial screening of resumes to enhance efficiency and consistency in the recruitment process.
