Effectively support the overall objectives of the store including providing an exceptional level of customer service Assist with sales initiatives and develop strategies to increase retail sales Assist Store Manager in developing and motivating team members to help them reach their personal and growth opportunities goals Support the Store Manager in managing the assets of the store including participating in regular inventories and keeping the store stocked and tidy.
