What You’ll Do Here

- Participate in strategic initiatives that enhance pricing sophistication within ratemaking and help explain nationwide performance by supporting earnings call preparation.
- Deliver actuarial support for large-account pricing across more than 22 lines of business, strengthening governance through indications, rate committees, and corporate planning processes.
- Drive change by improving work processes, adopting modern technologies and making substantial observations, conclusions and recommendations.
- Use your expertise to resolve complex problems and help your colleagues do the same by sharing your actuarial knowledge.
- Help guide and prioritize the team’s work and coach effectively to strengthen both individual and group success.
- Share the conclusions of your analysis to the appropriate stakeholders and make recommendations within the established timelines.

What You Bring To The Table

- University Degree or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
- Certifications in Mathematics or Actuarial (ACAS preferred).
- 3 years or more of actuarial experience, preferably in the P&C; Insurance sector.
- Good knowledge of Python, VBA, R or SAS.
- Desired competencies: adaptability, innovation, analytical thinking, decision making, critical thinking,



stellar communication, planning and organizing, team oriented.
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required.
- No Canadian work experience required; must be eligible to work in Canada.
