- Reporting to the Sr. Director, Revenue Strategy, Operations, and Analytics, this position is responsible for supporting a variety of sales and services related programs, operations, initiatives, and analytics in the United States
- The role will work cross-functionally with multiple departments including executive leadership, sales, marketing, operations, finance, product, and data analytics to support the design, implementation and continued optimization of multiple business needs

- This includes delivering data-driven insights to internal partners to inform short and long term strategy and action plans
- The ideal candidate will be able to recognise and understand the relationship between clean data, clear & productive processes, and reporting
- The Sr. Analyst level position is expected to have an excellent understanding of the OpenTable Sales and Services organization, the ability to learn quickly, and to be able to work in ambiguity

- You’ll be able to navigate the roles, reporting, and reality of the business in the field

- Sophisticated analytics to support global Sales, Services, and Marketing decisions, including recurring monitoring of key performance metrics and the health of specific business segments

- Prepare and present analyses and narratives for audiences ranging from field sales to senior leadership

- Translate data sets into impactful insights, recommendations, dashboards, and reports for the larger sales, marketing and operations teams

- Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with various sales leaders, partnering with them to drive key initiatives and measurable results across diverse business segments

- Manage flow of inbound requests from the Global Restaurant Sales and Services (RSS) team for various ad hoc analyses, reporting needs, process and system enhancement requests





- Partner with Salesforce and BI teams to implement process and data optimizations

- Build and maintain financial models, forecasts and dashboards for various business scenarios

- Salesforce.com (SFDC) data stewardship and improvement; dashboard and report creation and upkeep; end user support and documentation management

- Strong SQL skills + Experience with design and development of ETL processes

- 4+ years of experience in an analytics, operations, or strategy role

- Operational experience in measuring and improving efficiency, utilization, scale initiatives etc

- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, reporting, and workflow automation

- Understanding of sales process within OpenTable, or equivalent sales process experience

- Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities, problem solving, negotiation, task and project coordination, and organization skills

- Background in finance or advanced business analytics
