We are looking for a Senior Application Portfolio Analyst to support enterprise application portfolio management, technology asset inventory, CMDB data quality, and technology governance initiatives within a financial services environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with Application Owners, Technology Leads, and IT stakeholders to maintain accurate application and technology asset information, improve data quality, support governance processes, and provide reporting and insights to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain enterprise application portfolio and technology asset inventory.
- Support Application Portfolio Management (APM), CMDB, Asset Management, and technology governance initiatives.
- Review application and technology data for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and quality.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, remediation, and inventory completeness analysis.
- Maintain application ownership, support models, lifecycle information, and infrastructure dependencies.
- Support application lifecycle management and technology governance processes.
- Identify data gaps, risks, issues, and governance exceptions and coordinate remediation.
- Develop application portfolio reports, dashboards, and management updates.
- Work with Application Owners and Technology Leads to validate and maintain application information.
- Support application rationalization, ownership governance, and technology lifecycle management activities.
- Prepare executive-level status reports, presentations, and technology governance updates.

Required Qualifications





- 7+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Application Portfolio Management
- Application Governance
- CMDB / Configuration Management
- IT Asset Management
- Asset Inventory Management
- IT Governance
- Technology Operations
- Solid understanding of application lifecycle management and enterprise technology repositories.
- Experience managing application inventory and technology asset data.
- Strong understanding of application ownership, support models, infrastructure dependencies, and technology governance.
- Experience with data quality assessment, validation, reconciliation, and remediation.
- Experience with metadata management and inventory completeness analysis.
- Experience preparing application portfolio or technology governance reports.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB / Asset Management.
- Experience with JIRA and SharePoint.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with senior Application Owners and Technology Leads.
- Experience with risk and issue management and executive-level reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a banking or financial services technology environment.
- Experience with enterprise application inventory repositories.
- Experience supporting CMDB, IT Asset Management, or Application Portfolio Management initiatives.
- Knowledge of application rationalization.
- Knowledge of application ownership governance and technology lifecycle management.
- Experience working with enterprise technology governance frameworks.
