Producing and overseeing technical design and contract documents in compliance with Owner’s Statement of Requirements, in collaboration with project teams. Working with senior team members to validate that designs and deliverables conform to technical guidelines, code requirements and regulations. Provide technical design solutions for facility construction including interior and exterior assemblies. Coordinating with project sub‑consultants. Providing technical mentoring and leadership to less experienced technical staff. Assisting with contract administration including site visits and working with construction contractors. Degree or diploma in architectural and building technology from an accredited technical college. ~10+ years’ working as an Architectural Technologist for an Architectural consulting firm. Must have experience in commercial,
institutional, transit, or industrial project types. ~ Demonstrated substantial product knowledge, and an ability to detail architectural building systems. ~ REVIT software experience is necessary. ~ Preference given to candidates with understanding of BIM principles & workflows

• QC: $84,700 - 112,400 The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
