About the Opportunity

Blurrr Barbershop is looking for a talented and motivated barber to join our team in Pickering. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, provides excellent customer service, and wants to grow in a professional barbershop environment.

We are open to both commission split and chair rental arrangements, depending on experience, clientele, and what works best for both sides.

Having an existing clientele is an asset, but not required. If you’re a skilled barber who is motivated to build your clientele, we are looking for someone who wants to grow with the shop.

- Strong skills in fades, tapers, lineups, beard work and modern men’s hairstyles
- Consistent, clean and professional work
- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly and professional with clients
- Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation




- Motivated to build and retain clientele
- Existing clientele is an asset, but not required

We’re looking for someone who wants more than just a place to cut hair — we want a barber who can become a strong part of the Blurrr team. Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
