Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead process improvement, operational transformation, and digital modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will assess current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design future-state operating models using tools such as ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct current-state assessments, gap analyses, and process reviews to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Gather business and functional requirements and engage stakeholders to understand needs and pain points.
- Evaluate governance, risk management, decision-making, roles, and escalation processes.
- Develop recommendations to simplify, standardize, digitize, and automate business processes.
- Design future-state workflows, operating models, governance structures, and process frameworks.
- Support digital transformation initiatives, including workflow automation, reporting, and process modernization.
- Define KPIs, performance measures,



and reporting requirements.
- Develop implementation roadmaps, change strategies, training materials, and executive recommendations.

Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or operational transformation.
- 3+ years of experience with current-state assessments, gap analysis, governance, and risk assessments.
- Experience with security, compliance, risk management, access management, or workflow automation.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and workflow automation.
- Proficiency with MS Visio, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, Jira, or Confluence.
- Degree/Diploma in Business, Public Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, Prosci, or similar certification is preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and eligible for required security clearance.
