A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar supervisory role. Technical training or certification in a related trade program. A solid understanding of current construction practices and project management.

Strong working knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. #
