- Lead Estimating activities for Design Build, CM, and Lump Sum projects
- Align bids with real-world conditions to manage risk and boost profitability
- Lead major process improvements to optimize estimating workflows, standardize specifications, costing systems, and refine contract negotiation strategies
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to shape winning proposals
- Contribute to sustainable, community-shaping projects

What You Bring

- 10+ years in commercial estimating (Design-Build, CM, Lump Sum)
- Experience with bids from $10 million to $200 million+




- Skilled in the use of Excel and other Estimating software
- Strong communicator and collaborator
