Become a pivotal part of the Jewish Community Centre as a Senior Finance Director. This position focuses on fiscal strategy, team leadership, and community connection. In this role, you will manage the financial operations for both the Prosserman JCC and Schwartz/Reisman Centre.

Your leadership will guide the finance team while ensuring accountability and compliance with financial regulations. Engage with senior management and the Board for strategic financial decision-making in line with our community’s values. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee financial and business operations of PJCC and SRC
- Direct long-term planning, budgeting, and audits
- Generate accurate financial reports per GAAP guidelines
- Manage departmental accounting and cash flow oversight
- Engage with external partners and stakeholders Requirements:
- Canadian C.A. or C.G.A.

- Minimum of 5 years in finance leadership roles
- Non-profit experience advantageous
- Proficient in financial software and Excel
