The Senior

Analyst, Finance, supports the Health (Pharmacy and Optical) business. Partners with leadership to manage national SG&A; planning, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure alignment with company objectives and financial targets. This role also partners closely with field operational business leaders, including Store, Market, and Regional leadership teams, to provide financial insights that support informed decision-making and drive business performance across the end-to-end health P&L.;

This position is responsible for developing and maintaining budgets, forecasts, long-range plans, and variance analysis by collaborating with cross-functional business partners.

Analyst identifies key business drivers, proactively assesses financial risks and opportunities, and provides recommendations that improve financial performance and support operational execution.



The role requires strong business partnering skills to translate financial information into meaningful insights for non-finance stakeholders.

Analyst will support business leaders in understanding financial results, evaluating performance against plan, and identifying opportunities to improve P&L; management and overall business outcomes.

The Senior

Analyst will also lead or support process improvement initiatives that enhance planning, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis. This includes leveraging financial systems and technology, such as SAP, OneStream, and advanced analytical tools, to improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, and decision support.

Experience utilizing automation or AI-enabled solutions to streamline financial processes is considered an asset.
