Overview
Senior Financial Analyst — Permanent — Downtown Montreal (Hybrid) — Salary: 90,000 to 115,000 plus bonus.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of month-ends and monthly closings
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, identifying trends and opportunities
- Implement analyses to ensure the reliability of provisions and support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis for decision-making
- Contract and complex transactions analysis
- Participate in the continuous improvement of accounting processes
- Participating in various finance projects and coordinating with colleagues
- Collaborating with operational and finance team
Qualifications
- CPA or CPA candidate
- Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting, ideally in audit/accounting firm and/or in a public environment
- IFRS experience is a must
- Team player, detail oriented and curious
- Proficiency in English; French functional ideally
