Key Responsibilities

- Manage financial operations for current construction projects • Support budgeting, job costing,



and financial forecasting • Monitor WIP reporting and project cash flow • Coordinate progress billings and subcontractor payments • Collaborate with project and operations leadership for insights Requirements:
- 5+ years in financial leadership within construction • Mandatory Jonas Construction Software experience • Robust grasp of job costing and financial management • Previous exposure to ICI or design-build construction preferred • Strong organizational and communication skills Become a vital part of a stable, growth-oriented construction organization.
