Senior
Manager, Data Product Management Rogers Sports & Media (RSM) is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap and delivery of Media Data Platforms and Products that support advertising, audience insights, and customer subscription lifecycle initiatives across the business. Working across Sales, Marketing, Product, Data Science, Engineering, Architecture and Technology teams, you will identify business opportunities, prioritize strategic investments and deliver scalable data capabilities that improve business outcomes. This role combines people leadership, product management, commercial strategy and technology leadership to modernize RSM’s data ecosystem while supporting long-term business growth.
Define and maintain the product roadmap for Media Data Platforms and Products supporting Advanced Advertising and Direct-to-Consumer subscription businesses. Develop long-term platform strategies aligned with RSM’s business priorities and partner with Enterprise Architecture to define future-state platform capabilities.
Media Data Products Adobe Experience
Platform (AEP) or other Customer Data Platforms (CDP) Data Science: feature stores, ML operations Partner with Enterprise Data to evolve RSM’s data platform and technology ecosystem.
Microsoft
Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, and on-premises,
while ensuring best practices for data quality, governance, and finops.
Business
Planning & Financial Management Develop business cases and ROI analyses. Partner with Procurement on vendor selection, contract renewals, and strategic technology planning. Lead and develop a team of Product Managers responsible for Media Data Platforms and Products.
Coach Product
Managers on product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, stakeholder management and product execution. Establish product management best practices, governance and operating models across RSM’s data portfolio. 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Data Platforms, or related technology leadership roles. ~ Experience leading enterprise-scale data products or platform initiatives. ~ Strong understanding of modern cloud data platforms including Azure, Databricks or comparable technologies. ~ Experience building business cases, strong stakeholder management, and executive communication. ~ Familiar with data engineering ~ Data Governance (data classification & PII) ~ Ingestion/Transformation ~ Media specific platform product management We believe in investing in our people and helping them reach their potential as valuable members of our team.
